Welcome to Second City Shine, LLC. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scheduling & Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked online in advance.

  • Availability is based on our service calendar and may change seasonally.

2. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

  • Promotional codes (e.g., Belvedere $75 Special) must be entered at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee.

4. No-Shows & Access

  • If our team cannot access your property/unit at the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee may be charged.

  • Clients must ensure safe and clear access to service areas.

5. Weather Conditions

  • Outdoor services may be postponed due to inclement weather (rain, snow, storms, extreme cold/heat).

  • We will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will return to address the issue promptly at no extra charge.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective seals, or fragile materials.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Privacy & Communications

  • By booking, you consent to receive service-related emails, SMS, or calls.
