💳 Refund Policy – Second City Shine, LLC

At Second City Shine, LLC, we stand behind our work and want you to feel confident when booking with us. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are handled.

1. Service Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

  • All sales are considered final once a service has been rendered.

2. Cancellations

  • Appointments cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or more will not be charged.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee.

3. No-Shows & Access

  • If our crew cannot access your property/unit at the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee may be billed.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will return to correct the issue at no extra cost.

  • If the problem cannot be reasonably resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

  • Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (rain, snow, storms, extreme cold/heat).

  • No cancellation fees apply for weather-related rescheduling.

6. Promotional Offers

  • Special promotions (e.g., Belvedere $75 Fall Special) are non-refundable once service is completed.

  • Discount codes must be applied at booking; refunds will not be issued for missed code entry.
